So we reached the luxury resort by Meritas in the afternoon (thank god without any vertigo and vomiting which I face even at smaller hill stations because of the round and round) and were hoping to relax and have a fun 2-3 days we booked at Picaddle hotel in Lonavala. Best thing about Lonavla & Khandala is that it is only 1.5 hours from Mumbai so you can head there any time you want. We reached there and started the check-in process; they have valet service plus our luggage was taken to our room soon so we were in our room in a matter of few\u00a0minutes.<\/p>\n

The location was not hard to find as it was near Kumar resort which is also a famous hotel in Lonavala. The game zone area of Kumar Resort & Water Park is huge and if you have kids with you then you can play a lot of games there.<\/p>\n

\"Picaddle<\/p>\n

Let’s get straight to my review and ratings for Picaddle hotel Lonavala:<\/h1>\n

It has a little bit of something for everyone :-<\/h2>\n\"4.5 (4.5 \/ 5)\n

  1. Kid\u2019s area:<\/strong>
    \nThe kids can play on the slides and swing while you sit on the chair and see them enjoy themselves.
    \nYou can also play air hockey in the game zone but you have to buy a coin for that first. Each coin is twenty rupees.<\/li>\n
  2. Teens and adults:<\/strong>
    \nGym: Plan to run on the treadmill or have an early morning workout then head to the gym (unfortunately this was under renovation when I had visited in the November of 2016)
    \nIf you have teens with you then you can also play badminton and table tennis with them at no extra cost. If you plan to book the pool table or the PlayStation then you will be charged per hour.<\/li>\n
  3. Ladies:<\/strong>
    \nThe women can relax and enjoy themselves at Spa and Salon.
    \nThe room has a locker with pin so that you can keep your jewelry\/valuables in there.<\/li>\n
  4. Men:<\/strong>
    \nPlay foosball for free (like joey tribiani and chandler bing)
    \nAlso has a Pub and Disc (Am neither into drinking or dancing so this was not for me)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \nBreakfast (Complimentary)<\/strong>
    \nThe best part of the hotel Picaddle is the breakfast. You get loads of fresh stuff with too many options to choose from.
    \nFew of the options that you have (which I remember):
    \nIdli Sambhar chutney
    \nMedu vada
    \nJuice\/Tea\/Coffee
    \nToast
    \nDonuts
    \nCupcake
    \nUpma
    \nSome fruits<\/p>\n

    I would say the lunch<\/strong> food at the hotel was average but what we ordered for dinner<\/strong> which was delivered to our room was excellent<\/em>:<\/p>\n
