My Review Of Picaddle Hotel, Lonavala.

So we reached the luxury resort by Meritas in the afternoon (thank god without any vertigo and vomiting which I face even at smaller hill stations because of the round and round) and were hoping to relax and have a fun 2-3 days we booked at Picaddle Lonavala. Best thing about Lonavla & Khandala is that it is only 1.5 hours from Mumbai so you can head there any time you want. We reached there and started the check-in process; they have valet service plus our luggage was taken to our room soon so we were in our room in a matter of few minutes. The location was not hard to find as it was near Kumar resort which is also a famous hotel in Lonavala. The game zone area of Kumar Resort & Water Park is huge and if you have kids with you then you can play a lot of games there. Let’s get straight to my review and ratings for Picaddle: It has a little bit of something for everyone :- (4.5 / 5) Kid’s area: The kids can play on the slides and swing while you sit on the chair and see them enjoy themselves. You can also play air hockey in the game zone but you have to buy a coin for that first. Each coin is twenty rupees. Teens and adults: Gym: Plan to run on the treadmill or have an early morning workout then head to the gym (unfortunately this was under renovation when I had visited in the November of 2016) If you have teens with you then you can also play...

BOOM BOOM Ping Pong Tuk Tuk

The three most ever heard things in Thailand Boom Boom Ping Pong Tuk Tuk November 13, 2014 – The journey starts from Dadar as I head toward Mumbai International Airport to have a legendary trip to Bangkok and Pattaya with my cousin Monty Pinty who was going to reach the airport from Andheri. The cab took more than 45 at Mahim itself and I thought to myself I am definitely going to Miss this flight. Also I would have later been killed by Monty as his passport and tickets were with me; so if I miss the flight -> he misses the flight as well! Fortunately I reached on time and we had plenty of time at the airport. 1st -> Got our boarding passes and checked in the luggage which we did not want to carry with ourselves inside the plane. 2nd -> Got past the security check. 3rd -> Passport Control Verification: Done We were traveling by Thai airways which are one of the best airways in the world (if you love Asian women that is). Air hostess:  (4 / 5) Food:  (3.0 / 5) In-flight songs, movies and games database to entertain yourself: (4.0 / 5) (I mostly listened to Taylor swift songs :p and saw the Adam Sandler movie Blended on the return flight) On the flight we were given a small form to fill out which we later had to submit to the passport control area after landing. We landed and straight away went to the Passport Control Section as we had already gotten our visas for Thailand in Mumbai through CKGS. More about that later. Everything went...

My Trip To Goa In April

My trip to Goa: I am going to write about my trip to Goa. You can understand a bit about travel and attractions and also how much it would cost you at certain places. Also feel free to view the pics that I have uploaded. STAY: LA Casa, Siolim (OYO ROOMS), North Goa I would rate this place 4/5. It is a calm and peaceful area to stay. They have a garden and pool area to relax. The pool is not as clean as one would have hoped. See pic below: I and my friend (my friend and I) hardly spent time at the hotel but overall it was a good experience. Thanks to a good deal I got through Goibibo when I booked the hotel along with the flight tickets. Good: GOOD AC in hot April, Good Breakfast (complimentary), Good Free Wifi, Nice force in the shower Bad: Location was a bit hard to find   BEACHES: Here are my rankings for the beaches in Goa Morjim Beach – Lot of foreigners and apparently a crocodile as well which was spotted on 16th July (article updated on 16th July 2015) Baga Beach – Full of life Ashvem Beach – Nice location Mandrem Beach – Peaceful, Lil empty though Miramar beach – Nice family place. Waited for the sunset but only to see the sun fog out just before setting Calungate Beach – Too crowded for me PS: Thanks to Tolstroy (Elroy Fernandes) for most of the pics. TRAVEL: Take a pre-paid taxi from Dabolim airport in Goa. There is also an option of bus just a km away...
